487,643. Helmets. FURLER, E. Oct. 14, 1937, No. 28013. Convention date, Oct. 21, 1936. [Class 63] A helmet comprises an inner wall 1 and an outer wall 2 of case-hardened iron or steel rigidly connected at their edges and spaced apart by a layer of cork 3. The outer wall may be corrugated or fluted. Rubber blocks 7 are covered by leather tongues 8 which engage the head and are connected by a cord 9.
