Abstract
484,656. Valve amplifying circuits. TELEFONAKTIEBOLAGET L. M. ERICSSON. Dec. 6, 1937, No. 33749. Convention date, Dec. 7, 1936. Addition to 470,729. [Class 40 (v)] In an intervalve coupling for avoiding phase displacement as described in the parent Specification in which the anode load A1, A2 is divided and coupled to a divided grid impedance G1, G2, by frequency dependant coupling impedances K1, K2, a shunt capacity C is bridged across one or more of the parts of the grid impedance next to the grid. The capacity C is preferably greater than the gridcathode capacity of the valve E2 and a resistance Rk may be provided in series with the impedance K1. The impedances are preferably so dimensioned as to give zero phase change at the geometrical mean of the frequencies limiting the range to be amplified. The invention is particularly applicable to amplifiers employing negative feedback.
