[Classes 8 (i), 8 (ii), and 102 (i)] [Also in Group XXIX] A fluid-pressme circuit having pressure source, receiving means, a non-return valve therebetween, and a byepass valve on the source side of the non-return valve and , opened by a piston operated by the pressure on the receiver side of the non- return valve is characterized by the provision of a spring- urged push - rod separate from, and interposed between, the piston and the byepass valve, to secure positive opening without , " hammer " or hesitancy of the latter. The rod il of the piston i is axially bored to contain a push rod i<2> pressed outwardly by a spring p and having a stop collar to limit its inward movement; the piston i is acted on by a return spring k.
