477,633. Ventilating vehicles. HOLGATE, W. R., and HOLGATE, B. Sept. 2, 1936, No. 23990. [Class 137] A motor vehicle of the saloon type is provided with fresh air inlets A at each side at or near the roof, and one or more air extractors B in the roof near the rear of the vehicle. The inlets each have a cowl a facing the rear but which may be mounted to swivel and present the open ends to the front, and curved baffles a<2> are provided to deflect the air entering the saloon through a sliding shutter a<1>. Movement of the vehicle draws air through an outlet b below a cowl b<1>.
