Abstract

475,680. Trays. MANSFIELD, T. J. G. Aug. 10, 1936, No. 21995. [Class 18] A tray formed from a blank of cardboard, &c. comprises a rectangular base 2, mutually unattached side and end walls 11, 16, respectively, and a handle 30 of string, tape, or cardboard, whose ends are gummed or tied to the ends 16. The sides carry inturned flaps 20, and the top edges of the sides and ends may be straight instead of curved. When the tray is packed away, in a container, the handle collapses allowing a portion thereof to be turned over on the outside to constitute a tab by which the tray can be pulled out.
