[Class 52 (iv)] In a seat or mattress springing wherein spaced spring networks are arranged in parallel planes and separated by compression springs 3, the networks are connected to the supporting frame 5 by means of tension springs 1. The networks preferably comprise tension springs interconnected by discs 2 and the springs in the upper surface may be stronger than those in the lower surface. Specification 460,485 is referred to.
