456,984. Vacuum cleaners. HOLT, A. J., 173, Elmstead Avenue, Wembley Park, Middlesex. May 18, 1935, No. 14603. [Class 8 (i)] A vacuum cleaner particularly for clothes, curtains &c. comprises an elongated nozzle 4 carried by a flexible hose closely following the shape of the rotary brush 9 which is driven by a flexible shaft from the prime mover; a switch 14 is provided on the nozzle. The prime mover, fan and dust bag may be mounted on a wheeled base.
