453,807. Rotary pumps. APOLCZYN, B., 14, ul. Dwernickiego, Lwow, Poland. Oct. 31, 1935, No. 30135. Convention date, Nov. 3, 1934. [Class 110 (ii)] A pump or compressor of the flexiblechamber type comprises two or more, diaphragms D, D<1>, fixed at their edges and riveted to a plate C and to a cone E which is given a swash-plate motion by means of a collar F on the driving shaft H. Fluid is impelled from an inlet S, to an outlet T. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes a barrel which is given a gyratory motion by eccentrics through ball bearings, and which pumps fluid through a crescent shaped working chamber. The latter is bounded by an outer casing, and a flexible diaphragm riveted in the centre to the piston, and at the ends, to the casing. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
