[Classes 83 (ii) and 83 (iv)] Stamping.-Cycle handle-bar tubes with a central enlargement are produced by expansion in recessed dies through the medium of a rubber block or fluid filling by means of fixed and movable plungers having concave inner faces. As shown, recessed dies b receive the part of the tube to be expanded and a fixed plunger d and movable plunger f with corresponding concave surfaces d<1>, f<1> act on a rubber block e.
