446,763. Shower-baths. SNELGROVE, E. C., University of Sheffield, St. George's Square, Sheffield. Nov. 13, 1934, No. 32608. [Class 26] A shower-bath has the floor portion provided with footways b separated by a central obstruction a and each having downwardly sloping sides so that it will receive one foot only ; hand guides c are also provided shoulder high, the arrangement being such that the user is caused to take up an attitude wherein the crutch and armpits are exposed to sprays e, d. Additional sprays f for the feet and g for the head are also provided. The nozzles are sunk, and such that the water delivered is in finely-divided form. Further, non-slipping surfaces are provided on the footways and the guides c may comprise rails or a ledge, the latter being provided with drainage-holes.
