Abstract
Steel alloys for magnets contain 5-20 per cent of aluminium, 5-40 per cent of nickel, 0,01-4 per cent of chromium, and 0,01-40 per cent of cobalt, with or without 0,01-0,5 per cent of one or more of the metals manganese, tungsten, molybdenum, vanadium, and copper, and with or without up to 1,5 per cent of carbon, but excluding the range covered by 5-15 per cent of aluminium, 5-29,5 per cent of nickel, and 0,5-40 per cent of cobalt.
