Abstract
441,333. Beaming yarns. GREAVES, Ltd., W., South Street Works, Bacup, and BEARD, F., 33, Taylor Avenue, Edgeside, Waterfoot, Rossendale, both in Lancashire. July 9, 1934, No. 20029. [Class 142 (iv)] The pins or dents 3 of a wraith or yarn guide for use in beaming are inclined or curved in the direction of travel of the yarns 4, to enable broken, crossed, taped or entangled ends to pass over the wraith. The pins may be arranged in a straight line or in zigzag formation and the wraith may be of the fixed or expanding type. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 14840/85, [Class 142].
