430,970. Pressure actuated flow meters. ELECTROFLO METERS CO., Ltd., and DUNGLINSON, B., Abbey Road, Park Royal, London. Jan. 11, 1935, No. 1028. [Class 69 (i)] The constriction in a flow meter is formed by a tapering element arranged within the conduit, and the element is formed with one or more float wells. In the form shown, a protecting member 14 leads the upstream pressure to the well 10, and the well 11 communicates with the conduit through openings 9. In a modification the upstream pressure is led to a well outside the conduit.
