[Classes 75 (i) and 126] A gas or oil cooking-stove is fitted, at the lower part of the oven, with a perforated-tube burner D having side portions which project horizontal flames A, B, and a rear part which projects flames C substantially vertically. In the form shown, the burner is supplied with gas from a pipe G, Fig. 1, having nipples F delivering into the open ends E of the side portions of the tube D. Secondary air inlets I and waste gas outlets H are provided in the lower part of the oven walls.
