[Class 29] The cream, after cooling in a can c as described in Specification 403,812, is poured into tapered moulds r<1> provided with U- shaped strippers t, Fig. 2, and suspended in the brine bath from a carrier r. After hardening of the cream, the moulds are removed from the bath and the cream blocks withdrawn with the strippers.
