[Class 38 (i).] A coupling member between bus-bars comprises plates 10, 11 provided with preferably silver-plated ridges 10<1>, 11<1 >and held together by bolts. The bus-bars shown are insulated and to complete the insulation a two-part cover 18 which may be filled with an insulating compound , is arranged over the junction and held in position by cords 19 tied around flanges 18<1> at the ends of the cover.
