419,383. Collapsable containers. BOYD, H., 8, Parr Street, Liverpool. Feb. 8, 1934, No. 14233/33. [Class 11.] A device for attachment to a collapsable container for fire - extinguishing liquid for the purpose of facilitating the ejection of the contents therefrom comprises a pair of wooden or other plate members a<1>, a<2>, connected at the lower ends by rivets b passing through a spacing strip a<3>, the plate a<1> having attached thereto a metal band c adapted to encircle the upper end of the container and having the ends c<1> passed through a slot f in the plate member a<2> and covered by a pivoted tab g which is turned down to hold them in place.
