Abstract

418,909. Containers for pills or tablets. GOSHAWK, F. R., 14, Crawford Street, Marylebone, London. May 15, 1933, No. 14045. [Class 18.] A container for pills or tablets comprises two sections 3, 4 moulded from synthetic resin, vulcanized rubber or the like and formed with complementary recesses 7, the sections being provided with interengaging marginal flanges 5, 6 detachably connecting the sections in superposed relation with the complementary recesses in register. Any desired information, such as a description of the contents and the dosage, may be depicted on the flat outer surface 7b of one or both of the sections, or in a recess 11 formed therein, during the moulding operation. The dividing portions between the recesses may be hollow for the sake of lightness. In a modification, intermediate sections are provided, each section being formed with correspondingly arranged recesses in both surfaces thereof and with marginal flanges adapted to interengage with the marginal flanges of adjacent intermediate or outer sections.
