418,529. Fusible cut-outs. SINCLAIR, 1. S., 69, Abercorn Road, LAKIN, T., 503, Woodway Lane, Walsgrave, both in Coventry, and WILD-BARFIELD ELECTRIC FURNACES, Ltd., North Road, Holloway, London. June 21, 1933, No. 17710. [Class 38 (i).] A fuse for use in furnaces &c. comprises a bridge-piece H, of metal or alloy fusible at the required temperature, riveted to strips D of a heat resisting metal such as nickelchrome. The bridgepiece may be formed with reduced ends G suitable for riveting over. The strips D have enlarged flattened ends F and are insulated by beads or tubes E of asbestos &c. The whole may be enclosed in a easing A that projects into the furnace &c.
