Abstract
418,085. Bags. ARPIN, L. G., 1628, East Broward Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, U.S.A. Oct. 13, 1933, No. 28386. Convention date, May 20. [Class 133.] A bag for articles of clothing consists of a flexible canvas, leather, or like casing the upper part of which contains a metal plate 6 from which the articles can be suspended, the casing comprising side portions 1, 2, connected at the edges by an intermediate part 3 in which an opening slit fitted with sliding- clasp or other suitable closure means and extending across the top of the bag, is provided. The plate 6, which is secured to the bag by rivets &c., carries a bracket 8 for supporting clothes hangers and has guides 9 for removable dress-supporting rods 10. Pockets 13, 14 for shirts &c. are provided in the interior adjacent to the side 1, and carrying handles 17, are provided at one or both ends of the bag.
