Abstract

415,878. Lip -guards for drinking- vessels. JAMES, H., 12, Brocklebank Road, Southport, Lancashire. July 18, 1933, No. 20210. [Class 128.] A lip - guard 12 of flexible material is made U-shape in cross-section to slip over the rim of a drinking-vessel 14, and is formed with a longitudinal curvature different from that of the rim, whereby the lip guard grips the sides of the vessel. The lip guard may be made of translucent celluloid and advertisements may be attached thereto. Specification 27119/11, [Class 128], is referred to.
