Abstract

410,396. Steam turbines. MEINING- HAUS, U., 4, Margaretenplatz, MĀ³lheim, Ruhr, Germany. Oct. 9, 1933, No. 27747. [Class 110 (iii).] The rings 6, 8, 10 &c. carrying the blades are of increasing axial length towards the periphery, and are connected by webs 36, 38 &c. which form a rotor disc which does not lie in a radial plane. The disc may be conical as shown, or may be parabolic or stepped. It is supported on the shaft by a thin elastic ring 24. Specification 381,442 is referred to.
