406,974. Refrigerating. GERVAIS ICE CREAM SOC. ANON., 11, Rue de Prony, Paris. June 2, 1932, No. 15631. Void [Abridged as open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Nov. 11, 1933]. [Class 29.] A storage chamber 6 is cooled by a coil 5 through which circulates brine or like liquid from a space 4 around a container 3 for low temperature refrigerant such as solid carbon dioxide. The circulation may be controlled by a valve 7, and the coil may have a greater heat transmission surface at its upper part. Alternatively a grid of connected pipes may be used in place of a coil. Heat transmission vanes may extend from the cold compartment into the storage space.
