Void [Abridged as open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, June 27, 1932]. [Class 80 (iv).] In a mounting for engines on vehicles or ships in which bolts 2 connect the engine bed-plate 1 to the foundation 3 anti-vibration or sound damping members 4 made of artificial wood composition support the engine bed-plate and similar members 5 are interposed between the head of end bolt and the foundation 3 and between nut and the bed-plate 1. An anti-vibration sleeve 7 of rubber or artificial wood may be provided between the shank of the bolt and the bolt holes.
