Abstract

386,377. Bread-making. OWEN, H., 60, St. Aubyn Street, Devonport. Oct. 12, 1931, No. 28266. [Class 28 (i).] Rectangular baking tins are provided with semicylindrical fluted covers resting with their own weight on the dough. Four tins A are shown, connected together by flat bands B and angle strips E, and provided with covers C suspended from angle strips D which, at the beginning of the baking operation, rest on the ends of the tins, lifting therefrom as the dough expands.
