[Class 130.] In bunch-forming mechanism by means of a rolling apron 13, the earlier part of the advance of the bight-forming roller 17 is interrupted, stages of advance alternating with shorter stages of retrogression. The actuating cam 29 has a wavy outline. The roller 17 is mounted on a bracket 18 carried in a. slide 19 reciprocated from the cam through a rocking lever 21. At its other end the roller 17 coacts with a guide track extending along the table.
