[Class 119.] Relates to cartridge guides of the kind comprising a hinged member for guiding the cartridges from the magazine to the barrel as described in Specification 311,608, [Class 119, Smallarms], and consists in pivoting this member 4 directly on the magazine 1, for example by means of eyelets 2, the member being urged upwards by a spring 5 coiled around the pivot or pressing on a projection on the member either directly or through a bolt in a sleeve attached to the magazine.
