378,156. Discharging electricity from fabrics &c. GOMPERTZ, E., 33, Bockumer Allee, Krefeld, Germany. June 26, 1931, No. 18562. Drawings to Specification. [Class 35.] For discharging electricity from yarn threads, particularly artificial silk, on looms and accessory machines in which the threads run side by side in the form of a warp, the ordinary lease rods are made good conductors of electricity and are connected directly to earth. The threads are arranged to pass around two lease rods which may be of metal, e.g. copper, or of wood with a copper covering. The rods are pointed at their ends for facilitating their insertion between the warp threads, and holes are provided in the ends for the connection of the earth wires.
