Abstract

376,374. Exhaust silencers. SERVAIS, F. J. J., 27¢, Medway Street, London. Oct. 30, 1931, No. 3077. [Class 7 (ii).] The silencer consists of a tube a having two oppositely disposed sets of corrugations b, so shaped and arranged as to provide a smooth sinuous path free from sharp angles, the apices b<1> of the projections overlapping so as to prevent any straight path through the silencer. The projections extend across substantially the whole width of the tube.
