Abstract
375,725. Valve modulating circuits. TELEFUNKEN GES. FUR DRAHTLOSE TELEGRAPHIE, 12, Hallesches Ufer, Berlin. Jan. 25, 1932, No. 2286. Convention date, Jan. 24, 1931. [Class 40 (v).] In a modulating arrangement of the kind in which a modulating-valve M is connected in the grid direct-current path of a high-frequency valve V, an impedance RR is connected in series with the valve M, and the voltage across this impedance is applied across the grid and filament of a third valve RV. The plate circuit of the valve RV includes a battery Ez and is connected across the valve M and impedance RR. The modulating voltage is applied to the grid of the valve M. Specification 266,722, [Class 40 (v), Wireless signalling &c.], is referred to.
