[Class 100 (ii).] Inking-apparatus. - In a scraper - blade mechanism for intaglio - printing machines, the bearings for the blade are arranged to be displaceable about the axis of the printing- cylinder, to prevent the incidence of the blade and consequent scratching from always occurring at the same point on the cylinder. The blade E is mounted on trunnions F, G which are rotated about the axis of the printing cylinder by the teeth on the lower edges of the trunnions which engage with gear wheels H; J mounted on a common axis K.
