[Class 40 (iv).] An acoustic diaphragm having one or more annular corrugations o, has bracing elements, preferably in the form of corrugations t, lying .transversely, and extending between the walls, of an annular corrugation. The central part a is preferably conical, and an outer zone c is formed with contiguous radial corrugations p of prismatic form, their apices on one side lying n the plane of a flat outer zone d. According to the Provisional Specification, the diaphragm may be actuated by a spider connected to suitably spaced points on the ridge of the annular corrugations.
