367,801. Colour kinematography ; optical systems. PILNY, A., 3, Dahliastrasse, Zurich, Switzerland. Nov. 21, 1930, No. 35133. Convention date, Nov. 23, 1929. [Class 97 (i).] Groups of colour-record images are projected into superposition on the screen by means of a reflector system comprising relatively inclined reflectors, equal in number to the colour records, and placed directly in front of an undivided projection lens in such position that the size of the relatively inclined reflectors is a minimum. As shown, colour records 2, 3, side uppermost on a film 1, are projected by means of a lens 4, relatively inclined reflectors 5, 6, and reflectors 7, 8, to produce one multicolour image 9 correctly placed on the screen. The relative inclination of the reflectors 5, 6 is adjustable. the reflectors 7, 8 may be prism surfaces, and the reflector system may be mounted in a casing slidable on a housing encasing the lens.
