364,983. Tyre gaiters. AMERICAN CHAIN CO., Inc., 929, Connecticut Avenue, Bridgeport, Connecticut, U.S.A.-(Assignees of Reyburn, J. R. ; Fairfield, Connecticut, U.S.A.) May 2, 1931, No. 13036. Convention date, Dec. 15, 1930. [Class 144 (ii).] An antiskid chain for use with wheels having twin tyres comprises parts 1, 2, extending around the tyres 4 and rims 3, and a part 10 connecting the said parts to prevent d i s - placement of the chain in the direction of its length and also radial displacement by centrifugal force of that part of the chain which extends across the space between the tyres. The twisted links 5 which form the road engaging portion of the chain are connected to links 6, directly at one end and by a connector 7, 8 at the other. The part 10 has a, ring 13 engaging the links 6.
