364,820. Radiants for stoves. GAS LIGHT & COKE CO., CLARK, J. G., ANDREW, L. W., and MASTERMAN, C. A., 84, Horseferry Road, London. Dec. 23, 1930, No. 38761. [Class 126.] A radiant, particularly for grilling stoves, is formed of two or more superimposed perforated and corrugated sheets 1, 2 of metal or refractory material, rigidly connected together. The corrugations of one sheet are preferably at right-angles to those of the other, as shown. In the form illustrated, the upper sheet is of L-form, having a depending flange 4 which serves to position the two sheets relatively to one another. The metal sheets may be spotwelded together. The jets of the burner 7 are arranged to deliver into the. channels formed between the plates or, as shown, into the troughs beneath the bottom plate.
