360,716. Roofs. HURDEN, E., The Gables, Harefield, HURDEN, A. P., Bodwen, Green Lanes, Northwood, both in Middlesex, and BEESON, S. E., Rosemary, The Cloisters, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. Dec. 10, 1930, No. 37299. [Class 20 (iv).] Spanish or half-round tiles A, tapered longitudinally, are laid in spaced rows on continuous sheets B of asbestos cement, metal, or other material forming the troughs. The tiles are secured by screws C engaging plugs D of wood, metal, or fibre let into the sheets, and may be formed of asbestos cement or other material, the small ends being inserted in the large ends and the joints closed by flanges or plugs. The sheets may be corrugated under the tiles, and may have engaging curved edges b<2>, b<3>.
