Abstract
359,885. Boots &c. KELLNER, J. and SCHREIBER, D., (trading as KELLNER & SCHREIBER), 18, Friedmanngasse, Vienna. July 7, 1931, No. 19554. Convention date, July 9, 1930. Addition to 359,738. [Class 17 (ii).] A strip insole b as in the parent Specification is attached at its outer wider edge by a stitched seam e to the edge of upper a and is then doubled on itself and the superimposed parts secured together, e.g. by an adhesive, as shown at Fig. 3. The doubled strip is then bent under, as shown in Fig. 5, and serves to maintain the upper a in shape during the attachment of the outer sole g. The strip b and outer sole y may both be of rubber.
