Abstract
358,464. Rotary engines &c. LAHAUSSOIS, R., 59, Rue Lopic, Paris. April 5, 1930, No. 10918. Convention date, April 9, 1929. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. [Class 110 (ii).] A gyratory piston f comprises two coaxial cylinders connected by a central web which slides through a circular partition b which is fixed to a casing a. A rocking vane i forms an abutment and prevents rotation of the piston. Inlet and outlet spring-loaded valves are situated in both side walls of the casing. For balancing purposes the engine or pump may be multi-cylindered, two outer pistons being displaced together through 180‹ to the centre piston which is twice the size of the outer pistons.
