Abstract
355,106. Table knives. NOBLE, P., 446, Victoria Street, Grimsby. Oct. 25, 1930, No. 32099. [Class 30.] A guide-plate 11 is riveted at each end to a distance-piece which is slotted at 17 for the reception of the blade. The depth of cut is determined by the distance of the plate from the knife. In a modified form the plate is attached by a thumb-screw by which the depth of cut may be regulated. The device is specially applicable to bread knives.
