[Class 29.] In a system for cooling air by direct contact with a spray of brine, the diluted brine is cooled and concentrated by the direct action of a water vapour refrigerating machine. A part of the vapours exhausted by the machine may be led away, the remainder being condensed and returned to the brine, whereby the concentration may be maintained..
