[Class 83 (iv).] A device for twisting or untwisting girders, rails &c. comprises a pair of arms a with spaced apart ends provided with apertures, jaws &c. b for engaging the girder &c. c and having operating means such as a right and left screw e, hydraulic mechanism &c. at the other ends of the arms. The arms are connected together between the ends by a pin g allowing relative rotational movement. Specification 27040/03, [Class 83, Metals, Cutting &c.], is referred to.
