Abstract

350,658. Electrolysis. HARTEL, E. G., The Hollies, The Drive, Wembley Park, Middlesex. April 17, 1930, No. 12223. [Class 41.] Supporting electrodes.-A holder for plates to be etched comprises a pair of rods 5 of which only one is shown, which are enclosed in insulating tubes 9 and secured to upper and lower cross bearers 2, 7 of which the latter is covered with rubber or other insulating material. The plate to be etched rests in a removable grooved copper bar 12 having contact pins 13 engaging the bearer 7, and its upper end is secured by a groove in an insulated sliding block 10. The upper cross bearers 2 has a channel 4 for resting on the anode bar and is provided with a handle 1.
