347,400. Collapsable tubes. RADO, L., 10, Bismarokstrasse, Wannsee, Berlin. March 10, 1930, No. 7721. Convention date, March 20, 1929. [Class 11.] In a collapsable tube, in which the tubular portion d is non - metallic, the metallic head is formed in two parts b, c, which clamp the end d, of the tubular portion d between them, and the ends are folded strongly several times. The ends of the inner part c and the tube d may be folded round the end of the outer part b as shown in the Figure, or the ends of the outer part band the tube d may be folded round the end of the inner part c. Alternatively, the ends of the parts b, d may be folded round a separate ring, which is embedded completely in the turned-over edge.
