Abstract

316,726. Malpas, H. A., and Radford, E. G. May 31, 1928. Lids.-The lid of a tin is formed with a pair of bayonet slots of curved form adapted to co-operate with indentations b punched in the rim d of the body part. The curved slots are stated to have the effect of causing the lid to be separated or raised from the body part when it is rotated to release the fastening-means. Specifications 4604/86 and 15593/92 are referred to.
