Guarding against unauthorized use.-Rotation of the steering hand-wheel 9 is prevented by means of a rod 8 which connects a member 13 clamped to the rim with a lock 5 clamped to thecasing 2 of the steering column. The member 13 consists of a number of V-shaped sections linked together.
