Incrustation, preventing.-Deposit of scale in boilers is prevented by connecting the boiler to earth, and also connecting the upper part of the boiler to one or several metallic points projecting into the air, or to an aerial wire which is placed, if possible, parallel to power wires in the neighbourhood.
