Dishes.-Meat dishes are formed with a flat underside A<2>, gravy wells B, and channels B<2> on the upper surface, and are constructed by means of a plaster mould which is carried by a jigger head and is shaped to form the said wells B and channels B<2>, the flat underside being formed by a profile or tool. Only one gravy well may be provided.
