Abstract

287,105. Siemens - Schuckertarerke Akt.-Ges., (Assignees of Siemens-Schuckertwerke Ges.). March 15, 1927, [Convention date]. Rotary apparatus.-A rotating disc 4 driven by a motor 1, with a vertical shaft is supplied with liquid in a thin uniform layer by means of a cup 7 the edge 8 of which is bent over, and which is supplied with liquid through the hollow vertical shaft 2. Drip holes 9 are provided to allow liquid to escape if the apparatus stops. A hood 5 rotating with the disc prevents dust &c. settling thereon.
