283,757. Legge, E., and Legge & Co., Ltd., J. Feb. 16, 1927. Locks, cases for. - Cases for mortise locks are formed from two plates A, one with upturned flanges B, a strip D with downturned ends E and a fore-end plate C. When the parts are placed in position, a rivet passed through each end E, flange B and fore-end plate and a screw passing through the upper plate A into the lower one, holds them together. The middle flange B is merely for supporting the plate C.
