Abstract
280,007. Brown, G. R. Oct. 5, 1926, Fusible cut-outs. - A fuse carrier 23 carries contacts 15. 16 and a central spigot 25 over which the fuse wire 19 passes, the base 1 having three chambers 20, 21, 22 to receive the contacts and spigot of the carrier. The fuse wire passes through recesses 30, 31 in the carrier covered by an inspection plug 26 having a resiliant split pin 24 that fits a socket 27. The contacts 15, 16 comprise internally screwed tubes secured bv screws to the carrier, and adapted to engage resilient contacts 13, 14 in the chambers 20, 21.
